Sixty Years of Remarkable Achievements and Daunting ChallengesShahin MomenianShahin Momenian graduated in 1978 with a JD in Law from the University of Tehran. She participated in a French certificate program at Nice University School of Law, working on International Organization and Weap0onriy Disarmament. Ms Momenian left Iran in 1986 with her husband and daughter to live in Toronto. Three years later, she moved to Virginia and obtained her LLM degree from Howard University. In 2000, she obtained admission to the New York State Bar. She currently practices Immigration Law with clients from around the world. She is particularly concerned with human rights, especially the rights of women in underserved countries.
