Peace and Security WorkshopCarah Ong, Nuclear Age Peace Foundation, D.C.Carah Ong is Director of the Washington DC office of the Nuclear Age Peace Foundation, which provides educators, students, and concerned citizens with access to primary source documents, background information, and analysis on the political, legal and ethical challenges of the Nuclear Age. In 2004, after US sanctions were lifted, she was a member of the first delegation of twelve Americans to visit Libya to assist in establishing relations with the Libyan government and civil society. She is co-editor of A Maginot Line in the Sky: International Persectives on Ballistic Missile Defense.
